Russian model Yulia Kharlapanova (Women Model Management) features in Rachel Zoe Pre-Fall 2013 collection. American fashion stylist and designer, Rachel Zoe presented another collection which can certainly be called "crowd pleaser", and it gives cool rocker inspired vibe.
"Tough luxe" would probably be the right phrase to describe this collection full of - maxi dresses, trench coats, wide leg pants, leather jackets, boho hats and pieces with metallic shimmer and tweeds.
