So the New Year`s Eve party is coming soon and every woman wants to look her best on that night. In the previous articles Fab Fashion Fix has been giving proposals about outfits, make-up and manicures fro New Year`s Eve party. Here is another make-up tutorial proposal, one of my personal favorites.
