The unveiling press conference for the 2013 Pirelli Calendar was held at the Hotel Palace Copacabana in Rio de Janeiro on November 27th, 2012. The Gala party was held the same night and got a huge amount of media publicity. The whole calendar was photographed by American photographer Steve Mccurry on the beautiful locations in Rio de Janeiro, Brazil. Eleven women were photographed in the calendar: Sonia Braga, Isabeli Fontana, Adriana Lima, Hanaa Ben Abdesslem, Petra Nemcova, Marisa Monte, Elisa Sednaui, Liya Kebede, Karlie Kloss, Kyleigh Kuhn and Summer Rayne Oakes.
